Right Composite was founded based on Changzhou Xingao Insulation Materials Co.,ltd. Right Composite is responsible for foreign trade business and Xingao is responsible for domestic business and production.

General manager Forest Shen returned from UK after master's degree in 2014, then he worked in Xingao to develop together. Our company mainly uses E-glass fiber yarn as raw material and we provide customized services for various specifications of glass fiber cloth, so all of our products are E glass cloth(E-glass fabrics).

The differences between E-Glass and C-Glass fibers:

· Alkali Content:

o E-Glass: Lower alkali content, suitable for electrical insulation.

o C-Glass: Higher alkali content, resistant to acids and corrosive chemicals.

How to choose the suitable weave of the glass cloth?

About the weave of the cloth, plain weave and twill weave are the most popular style, as the custom expert, we are also good at satin weave.

Plain weave
In this most simple weave pattern, warp and fill yarns are interlaced over and under each other in alternating fashion. The plain weave provides good stability, porosity and the least yarn slippage for a given yarn count.

Twill weave
This twill weave is more pliable than the plain weave and has better drapability while maintaining more fabric stability than a four or eight harness satin weave. The weave pattern is characterized by a diagonal rib created by one warp yarn floating over at least two filling yarns.

Satin weave

Satin weave is a type of textile weave characterized by a pattern of interlacing threads that creates a smooth and shiny surface on one side of the fabric. Unlike plain weave, where each weft thread passes alternately over and under each warp thread, satin weave involves longer "floats" of the weft threads. This means that several weft threads may pass over several warp threads before being interlaced again. This weave structure creates a smooth and glossy surface with a tight weave, making it strong and flexible.

Summary: Plain weave is the most common and demand weave-low price and wide range of applications. Twill and Satin weave are for better performance, the cost is higher and special application.

The size range of our fiberglass cloth typically refers to the width/length and weight specifications available for purchase. Our common specification range for fiberglass cloth is:·  

Widths: 20 inches (50.8 cm) to 55 inches (139.7cm),it’s usually settled by the size of the machine. From 50-55 inches, it’s a special custom width range, so the cost is much higher than the regular.

Lengths: Typically sold by the yard or in rolls ranging from 100yards (91.4 meters) to 3000 yards (2743.2 meters) or more, it is settled according to the requirement of the clients.

Weights: Varies from lightweight cloth at around 2 ounces per square yard (67 grams per square meter) to heavier cloth at 10 ounces per square yard (340 grams per square meter) or more. But for our company, the minimum is 0.5 oz fiberglass cloth(18 grams per square meter) , besides it, our star products includes 0.75 oz fiberglass cloth,2 oz fiberglass cloth, 3 oz fiberglass cloth, 4 oz fiberglass cloth, 5 oz fiberglass cloth, 6 oz fiberglass cloth- we are good at medium and light weight glass fibric. 7628 fiberglass cloth and 2116 fiberglass cloth are the common brand of electronic fiberglass cloth. Usually, they should be compatible with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resin. There is a treatment on the glass fiber to improve the impregnation. The final product is glass epoxy sheets and glass polyester sheets, we called them laminates.
